Jeong Hae-Wang graduated from Yonsei University with a degree in Korean literature. In South Korea, she was awarded the MBC Creative Writing Competition and is currently the president of People Making Children's Books. In her home country, she has translated and written several books.
Illustrator Oh Seung-Min studied painting and always wanted to illustrate children's books. In 2005, she was awarded the National Norma Competition in South Korea, where she has published several books that she wrote and illustrated.
