We have most of your doubts answered here:
Shipment
We deliver only to Sweden at the moment. We use PostNord services. The average time for delivery in Sweden is up to 5 business days. We post all orders from Monday - Friday. We don't post orders on weekends or holidays, witch means that, if you buy during those days your order will be shipped in next business day.
Return
We are sorry that the product didn't work for you. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer pays return shipping unless otherwise stated. If you wish to return an item, please get in touch with us through CONTACT form.
NOTE: The product must be found in perfect condition as the purchase time.
Damage Goods
If a defect or damage is found to a purchased product as you open the package, it can be complained. However, we do not cover damage cause by misuse. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, but no later than within one month. We, Imagine Books N' Stuff, reserve the right to offer a reasonable replacement of the defective product, such as: price reduction, new product or refund.
